Meet the instructor

Dance and movement have always been part of my life. After having worked as a lawyer and having lived in several countries, I rediscovered my passion for dance and movement by combining Personal Training, STOTT PILATES® and Zumba® , providing for a safe and effective way of exercising; "the core as the power house" became my most important philosophy. Above all, I love to transfer the joy for exercise and inspire people to live a healthier and happier life!

I am qualified not only to train adults but also to work with the elderly active and children. Different age groups have different needs when it comes to exercising; children have to work more on muscle imbalances and body posture because of the increased use of electronic devices, whereas the elderly tend to benefit from balance exercises against falls and injuries.

It just fills my heart with joy when I see happy faces after a tough workout, people feeling proud of themselves, revitalised and ready for the day. I love the concentration on children's faces when they do Pilates and the happiness whilst exploring new rhythms with Zumba® Kids! I admire the elderly ladies for being so strong and determined to have a healthy life, to enjoy it as long as possible.

Professionalism, quality and fair pricing are very important to me because in order to achieve your goals safely and effectively, we need to work over a longer period of time. A "quick fix" is not the way I work. To guarantee a high quality standard, I am working closely with a physiotherapist and podiatrist.
